Influence Marketing Mix 7P Regarding the Decision to use Printing Services on Tjetak.com

This research aims to find out how big the influence is marketing mix 7Ps regarding the decision to use printing services at Tjetak.com. This research uses primary data through questionnaires. Respondents in this research are Tjetak.com customers who have made 2x and > 2x transactions. Test validity using correlation Product Moment, reliability test using a formula Cronbach Alpha and multiple regression analysis is used as a hypothesis test in this research. The results of this research show that simultaneously product, price, place, promotion, process, people, physical evidence have a positive influence on the decision to use services with a significance level of 0.000 which is less than 0.05 (p <0.05). From the results of the t test, it can be seen that the variables product, price, place, promotion, process, people and physical evidence have an influence on the decision to use printing services at Tjetak.com. The coefficient of determination value obtained can be seen from the size of the adjusted R value2 namely 65.8%, which means there is a strong level of relationship for marketing mix to the decision to use the service.
