Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Meningkatkan Peranan BUMDes (Titian Akar) Desa Bukit Kauman Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

Abstract

Community participation is community involvement in the decision-making process, implementation, benefits and evaluation of development projects or programs. Community involvement is a key factor in the implementation of Village-Owned Enterprises. The aim of this research is to determine community participation in the implementation of BUMDes (Titian Akar) in Bukit Kauman Village, Kuantan Mudik District and to determine the forms of participation in the management of BUMDes (Titian Akar) in Bukit Kauman Village, Kuantan Mudik District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation. The data used is secondary data obtained from BUMDes (Titian Akar) Bukit Kauman Village, Kuantan Mudik District, as well as primary data obtained through direct interviews with respondents and key informants from BUMDes (Titian Akar) Bukit Kauman Village, Kuantan Mudik District. The results of this research show that the community contributes to the implementation and sustainability of BUMDes, and participates in the activities and programs of BUMDes Titian Akar in Bukit Kauman village. Forms of community participation, participation in decision making, participation in implementation, participation in taking benefits, participation in evaluation.
