Tanggung Jawab Hukum Perawat dalam Menjalankan Pelimpahan Kewenangan dari Tenaga Medis Dokter

This study aims to determine the responsibilities of nurses when nurses provide health services, nurses also carry out other professional duties such as doctors, pharmacists, nutritionists, or physiotherapists. Nurses in carrying out tasks that are not nurses' duties such as giving medicine, then the responsibility is often associated with who gives the task or with whom the nurse collaborates. One case that befell a nurse who was wrong in giving medicine, then the nurse must also be responsible, although the main responsibility lies with the person giving the task or the nurse's superior, in ethical terms known as Respondeath Superior. This study was conducted using a normative legal approach using a regulatory approach. The results of this study are legal protection for nurses in carrying out medical actions delegatedly, namely the Provisions for nurses in carrying out medical actions delegatedly are regulated in Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health, Law Number 36 of 2014 concerning Health Workers, Law Number 38 of 2014 concerning Nursing, and Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health.References
