Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Menyusui Tentang Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Praktik Mandiri Bidan “S” Kabupaten Bogor Tahun 2023

According to WHO (Word Health Organization) data in 2020, the percentage of exclusive breastfeeding for babies aged 0-6 months was 44%. According to the 2019 Health Profile, infant coverage who received exclusive breastfeeding in Bogor Regency was 53.12%, in 2020 it was 51.06%, and in 2021 amounting to 48.58%. Thus, it can be interpreted that exclusive breastfeeding in Bogor Regency has decreased and this highlights the low level of public awareness regarding the importance of exclusive breastfeeding which is still a concern. The aim of this research is to determine the level of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers regarding exclusive breastfeeding in PMB "S" Bogor Regency in 2023. This research method uses descriptive research. The population and sample in this study were all 30 breastfeeding mothers who had babies aged 0-6 months in the PMB "S" Bogor Regency area in 2023, using a total sampling technique. The research results showed that the majority of mothers had sufficient knowledge, 16 people (53.3%) with junior high school education (81.8%), not working (29.6%), and age (68.4%).
